Do you ever really look at the light? At how it can completely change the way we see a scene… or even a person?
I love the way early morning light tells the story of a forest. The way it finds its way through the depths, catches the edges of rough bark, glides across the tips of soft moss and touches weathered stone still holding the chill from the night… revealing details that have been there all along but are so easy to walk past.
The more I photograph nature, the more I realize how much of ourselves I see reflected back.
